The hotel had a fantastic location, which allowed me to easily explore the surrounding attractions. the room amenities were great and I appreciated the attentive front desk service.
My experience with the staff was not entirely positive as there seemed to be some confusion about my parking in a handicap spot. I received a confirmation email with the wrong address, which caused some unexpected travel time.

Convenient Location & Great Front Desk During my New Year's stay, I couldn't have asked for a better location. the hotel was in close proximity to the airport and other places I wanted to visit, making it very convenient. the front desk staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check, in and stay. the room was clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
Inconsiderate Staff Unfortunately, the security and front desk staff were not very considerate towards customers with disabilities. As someone who utilizes a handicap placard, I was disappointed by their lack of understanding and unnecessary questioning.
